The Company is run by dynamic Board of Directors headed by Mr. R M Parakh, Chairman and Managing Director. Mr. Parakh is a well known and highly respected prominent NRI settled in Oman over the last 32 years. He is also the Managing Director - Finance of Saud Bahwan Group, one of largest trading house in the Gulf having annual turnover of US$ 4.5 Billion.

It is a “Oman-India Joint Venture” wherein the prominent Omanis and Oman based NRI made full investment for the venture and have a stake of over 75% and the balance held by Indian top-notch scientific personalities.

The scientific and research team is comprises of Dr. Sanjay Sonar (Ph.D. IIT Powai, Mumbai). who has worked in a close collaboration formed at MIT and Boston University of three eminent and pioneering scientists such as Nobel Prize winner Professor Har Gobind Khorana (in the field of genetic engineering), Professor Kenneth Rothschild (in Biological Spectroscopy) and Professor Tom RajBhandary (in molecular Biology) Dr. Sonar returned to India as a faculty at IIT Powai, Mumbai and for the last 8 years he is with BioGenomics as Executive Director. Molecular Biology and Upstream technology is handled by Executive Director Dr. Archana Krishnan (Gold medallist from MS University, Baroda) who has 14 years of experience in genetic engineering and has developed more than 190 service based products in gene-based diagnostics and therapeutics.
